So after our fun evening of bowling....which kept us up too late! The kids and I stayed at the house this morning instead of heading straight to church. I normally meet with Joni and had to cancel....thanks for understanding Joni. (I also wasn't prepared to meet, bad me!)
The kids got some much needed rest! Now we will hit the books before John comes back to get us. This week in spelling it is set up for review of the words that were the most missed in the first 4 lessons. The kids are doing ok, but it is obvious that we needed to repeat these words.
The kids have AWANA tonight. After church I will head to visit my dad at the hospital. Taking shifts so that he has somewhere there at different times of the day. Mom was there this morning. John is headed for a little this afternoon and then I will head this evening. Then dad knows we are there, but also with only one visitor we don't wear him out.
